Due to the nature of the products sold on this site, we cannot accept returns.
Defective Products Policy
We understand the frustration of receiving a defective product. If you encounter such an issue, please retain all packaging and provide proof of purchase (receipt). Also, please send us a photo showing any leaks or damage. We offer store credit equal to the item's cost for defective products. Please note that we do not cover shipping, taxes, or any other related fees.
15% Cancellation Fee
Canceling an order for any reason will incur a 15% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the original total.
Coupon Codes and Sales Policies
Coupon Code Usage: Only one coupon code can be applied per order. Points and coupon codes cannot be combined. If both are attempted, the system will prioritize the points. Ensure your coupon code is correctly entered during checkout. For any issues, please get in touch with customer support.
Coupon Code Exceptions: Coupon codes do not apply to Sales, Discounts, Bundles, Weekly Deals, or Clearance items.
Missed Sales: We cannot honor sale prices after they have ended. Watch for future specials and weekend sales to take advantage of our great offers.
Expired Promotions: We do not honor expired sales, discounts, or promotions.

SHIPPING TIMES ARE AN ESTIMATE WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SHIPPING TIMES.
Processing times for shipments are 24-48 Hours M-F. We do not ship on the weekends. Shipping takes an average of 5 to 7 business days depending on location. During sales or holiday season shipping times may increase.

Can I change or modify a shipping address?
Due to age verificationrequirements,the shipping address cannot be modified once the order is placed. However, you can update your shipping address in your account settings for future orders.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
What if my order arrives damaged?
For damaged products, please provide photos of:
• The device
• Inner and outer packaging
• Shipping packaging
All products must be visible in one image if multiple items are damaged.
What if my order is lost or stolen?
For lost or stolen packages:
• Please wait 48 hours after the order is marked delivered before contacting customer service.
• We can only replace orders confirmed as lost by the carrier.
• Orders marked as delivered are considered delivered and will not be replaced.
What is the return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns on any products.
If you purchased from a third-party retailer, please get in touch with them directly regarding their return policy.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Mistakes happen! If you receive the wrong item:
1. Email us a photo of the item and the packing slip.
2. For orders under $25, we will issue a store credit or a refund instead of a replacement.
